An enormous step outside my comfort zone, I moved from the familiarity of an Accounting role to a frontline customer facing role, with which I had no prior experience. I also managed one staff member as part of this role. A huge challenge and a massive learning curve, which was great for my development. In the Financial year ended September 2017 (my first full year in the role), I achieved Sales at 134% of target, Quality Assurance result of 98%, but most importantly lots of very happy customers with customer satisfaction at over 96%.
