Implemented training course for new sales recruits (products, systems, and target markets) and trained new technicians. Built and managed the largest LTR (Logic Trunked Radio) system in a 200 mile radius. Through excellent quality of service on the LTR system we were able to reduce customer turnover to less than 1% annually while making this the highest loaded system in the area. Show less
