  I led the set-up of BSL-3 (especially for mosquito oral infection) at Rega Institute of KU Leuven, and subsequently, I established the oral infection of the mosquito Aedes aegypti with dengue, chikungunya, and Zika virus in BSL-3. Meanwhile, I made out adequate SOP and organized training for lab technicians and Ph.D. students.I organized the first Belgian Arbovirus conference at Rega Institute on the 6th of May in 2022.
