  Senior Innovation Consultant & Service Designer

  I am currently working with Innovation Unit Australia New Zealand and Bermuda's Ministry of Education on Learning First, a collaborative effort to redesign Bermuda's public school system.In addition, I am working with The Health Foundation on their Adopting Innovation Programme, which is supporting NHS providers in England to build knowledge, skills and confidence to successfully adapt and adopt innovations. I have led research and co-authored reports on local learning ecosystems (WISE), how system change happens in education (Big Change), and delivered a comprehensive review on STEM learning ecosystems (Wellcome). Previous clients include, UNICEF ESARO and WCARO, Aga Khan Foundation, Aga Khan Education Services, Arts Council England, Bloomberg Philanthropies.Outside of education I led a two-year international learning project with Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity (now Impact on Urban Health) on what it takes to build equitable cultures of health in cities.I recently completed Innovation Unit's Design Academy and have been officially accredited by the Service Design Network as a Service Design Practitioner.   Providing pro bono service design support to Hackney Council's Housing Needs & Children and Family Services team, as part of Innovation Unit's Design Academy. I am working with the council to co-design and prototype a support package with and for young people leaving care that better equips them for finding a home in the borough or elsewhere.
