      With my recent promotion to shift manager at the Brown and Gold Outlet, I have really had to step up and learn the necessary skills required for this position. My leadership skills have greatly improved which has helped to prepare me for my future as I want to run my own clinic for speech therapy. As a shift manager, I not only have to get things done myself, but also ensure that others are getting things done efficiently as well. This has led me to better management skills.
