  Maintain Manufacturing Operations which include managing assembly, wiring, shipping, stock handlers, and machinists. I also manage the grounds, maintenance, and vehicles for the company. I am a problem solver out on the shop floor when problems arise and help to alleviate any road blocks to keep jobs moving forward. I implemented 5S Lean Manufacturing (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) in the company. Lead Design Engineer where I designed robotic finishing system cells from the ground up. I designed belt heads, buff heads, EOAT's for robots, and anything needed for each customer's unique application. Utilized AutoCAD to detail drawings and do light design work. I also did technical writing and wrote our Operator's Manual for each finishing cell.
