      Conveniently situated in the heart of San Juan, Radisson Hotel & Casino offers an excellent restaurant, an ocean view pool, and a huge casino among many amenities to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. It comprises a total of 233 rooms, including 87 suites. My tenure with Radisson was challenging by nature and a vital part of my collective experience. Since this was my first big-break, I had to learn the ropes simultaneously while leading all daily operations for the Hotel side of the business. My priorities were set to direct interaction with the revenue team to maximize ADR every week. On a monthly basis, I analyzed departmental profit and loss (P&L) statements to identify areas of improvement and conduct meetings with upper management to come up with effective solutions.Select accomplishments:•Cure default letter in December 2014.
