      Managed a complex large scale women’s empowerment project implemented across multiple provinces of Afghanistan which uses an innovative and multi-faceted approach to leverage the transformative impact of women’s economic empowerment in the household and community in order to improve women’s access to other aspects in their lives, contributing to poverty reduction and gender equality.• Developed a holistic implementation approach ensuring the quality, impact, and sustainability of the implemented program and guaranteeing implementation was in line with organizational policies and procedures, as well as donor agreements and regulations.• Financial management of a £4.9 million budget that includes a 25% co-funding portion provided by 5+ different donors, including FCDO, NORAD, and IADC. • Recruiting, managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of 35 mostly female staff across three provinces of Afghanistan• Managing the relationship with and intervention of partner organization AEPO. • Stakeholder management, including coordination, representation, and networking.• Providing high quality and timely project reports to donors and other stakeholders. • Setting up and managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for the program.• Supporting program development and resource mobilization for co-funding projects and other planned Afghanaid interventions.
