I worked full time from April to October 2013, assisting in the coordination of a large fit out project covering over 150k sq ft. -Implementation and management of the helpdesk email account, responding to the requests of 1,100 office staff, and ensuring that these were actioned by the rest of the team.-Acting PA to the Head of Facilities and 15 FM team members.-General Health and Safety across all floors, including carrying out risk assessments and updating H&S notice boards.-Coordinating the setting up and day to day running of an in-house fitness studio – taking payments, booking courses, ordering equipment and liaising with the on site fitness instructors.
