  As Director of Architectural and Heritage Services for DJS Associates, I develop, monitor, improve and implement procedures for high-quality BIM documentation and data processing. When speaking with clients regarding their specific project needs, I educate them on the process of data collection, via 3D Laser Scanning and HDR Panoramic Photography, as well as the different uses and benefits of scan data implementation in software packages.In my 6 years with DJS, I have been involved in planning, overseeing and executing site documentation, as well as the creation of 2D and 3D as-built models. Through this hands-on approach, and my attention to detail, I am able to help clients determine how to best address their needs on a case-by-case basis.Recently, I headed up projects in Washington, DC, where DJS, along with CyArk and the National Parks Service, utilized 3D Laser Scanning to document and digitally preserve both the Lincoln Memorial (April 2014), and the Washington Monument (August 2014). I was not only the project manager for these two projects, but also participated in the field work. Show less In my role as a 3D Modeler and Digital Preservation Specialist with DJS Associates, I’m a creative professional who thinks outside the box. I utilize state-of-the-art technology and a very efficient workflow to digitally preserve forensic sites and historical landmarks in order to skillfully render highly accurate 3D objects and environments based on field data, aerial imagery and reference materials crucial to successful courtroom presentations. In my years with DJS, I’ve learned that people don’t always know what they want or what they are looking for – until they see it. My strength lies in listening carefully to what is needed, then recreating evidence and reconstructing events using precise forensic 3D mapping and remote sensing technologies to help clients determine what they want and need.
