  I conducted the following research projects in the field of racial diversity in organizations:• The perception of Unifal Varginha Campus students on the quota policy;• A study on diversity management in banking organizations.In these projects, I investigated racial inclusion practices in banking companies, as well as the impact of the quota policy from the perspective of university students. I analyzed secondary data and conducted interviews with bank employees and students.
