Leads on establishing and achieving Liberia’s programs strategy as it relates to health system strengthening. Oversee a portfolio of key grants focused on Health System Strengthening. This includes tracking and reporting on grant deliverables, KPI,s and key results.Actively track, mitigate, and elevate risks that may impede a project and/or grant from reaching its intended impact.Ensure projects under the Health System Strengthening Project area remain in scope, on budget and on time through the utilization of project management tools including, but not limited to a work plan, risk mitigation plan, and stakeholder matrix.Act as the key relationship holder with the Ministry of Health and serves as an advisor to other leaders as to how to engage appropriately with relevant counterparts.
