  Managing all Financial Operations and Planning, I supported the company’s rapid transition and divestment through mergers and acquisitions and organic growth in the U.S. and Americas (U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, South America). Leading a 3-person team, I directed a $5M budget and directed multiple change initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate risk and improve efficiencies and cash flow. Throughout my career with Rentokil Initial, I developed banking, liquidity and funding strategies to optimize cash and interest income while minimizing interest expense. I developed a robust forecasting tool for global and net cash debt positions, which also assisted with analysis of global cash flows and treasury position. I worked with Regional Finance Directors and other treasury resources and provided daily cash flow forecasts, which were consolidated into a global forecast that was analyzed by location and currency.I chaired the committee for analysis, restructure and streamlining of 35 regional banking relationships into one centralized partner. After managing the RFP process, I created a timetable for changes for the 18-month project that resulted in significant savings through reduced fees, A/R credit card processing charges and FX payment fees. Also chairing the Retirement Plan Committee, I was responsible for the company’s 401(k) and non-qualified defined contribution plan, consolidating 3 plans into and achieving $200,000 in annual savings.   I worked in a consulting role for Recall to develop a Treasury Readiness Plan and train locations in more than 20 countries on use of a robust forecasting model to create short- and mid-term forecasts. While directing the firm’s UK-based Assistant Treasurer, I worked with senior executives on bank account analysis, daily cash reporting systems, negotiation, payment structure and planning for pre- and post sale treasury issues.
