  Developed and implemented governmental 457(b) plans for many of the Parishes (counties) in Louisiana as well as provide supervision and training for the representative field force. This later included the State of Mississippi as well.

  In 2000, I was invited to join Retirement Plan Advisors (RPA) as a Regional Director. I continued to grow the 457 line of business and branched out to SIMPLE, 401(k) and 403(b) ERISA plans. The focus is to first work with the Employer to design and implement the appropriate plan, the administration and then focus on Employee education. ideally we conduct semi-annual structured service visits and remain "on call" between the visits should employees, and spouses, need additional service.
