      Educate youth and clients about the impact of their choices and consequences by engaging in critical thinking activities, and increasing youth’s critical thinking, growth and empowerment.Lead monthly court mandated Probation Orientations to youth, and to their parent/guardian, who have recently been placed on probation.Provide follow up support to the youth and communicate with their case-carrying Probation Officers regarding the youth’s goals, and self identified areas for potential support.Provide Juvenile Justice Presentations at SFUSD Schools and community agencies with JPD partners- Courts, DA, PD, and SFPD to address decision-making and the impact it can have on their future.Conduct Job Readiness workshops for youth on Juvenile Probation, and ensure they are prepared for Job Fairs hosted at the Juvenile Probation Department.Participate in the Camp Mather Teen Outdoor Experience (TOE) where we take 50+ youth on probation to a camping trip outdoors.
