  Starting as strategic buyer, I had proven my skills in building and improving a performant and reliable supply network with a view on overall business targets. As a result, I got promoted to a lead buyer position, where I also took on broader procurement and business strategic tasks, such as the digitization of the procurment department. This also resulted in a speech at a German industry forum about „Procurement 2025“.

  Moving from procurement to the commercial department as the European product manager I built on my broad business internal network and in-depth product knowledge and became a key actor in developing the product strategy as well as planning and executing the market launch and media presentation of the Grenadier in Europe. As one of the first employees in this new vehicle project I took over procurement responsibility in building the supply network for the Grenadier chassis module. First as a procurment specialist, later promoted to a procurment lead position which also included leading the cross-functional module specific team meetings.
