Edited U.S. Government Country Reports on Human Rights for Europe and the former Soviet Union and the International Religious Freedom report; provided State Department comments on asylum cases in Europe and the former Soviet Union; gathered war crimes testimony from Kosovar refugees in transit at Ft. Dix, NJ.
