  As the CaregiverU Program Director, I design, plan, implement, execute and/or assess, and ensure the effectiveness of AGE’s educational programming for older adults and informal family caregivers across AGE’s four-county focus area. Programming includes evidence-based or research-informed classes delivered through a collaboration of partner agencies as well as educational seminars on a variety of topics related to successful aging and empowered caregiving. In the Program Associate role, I built and maintained relationships with Class Leaders, Partner Agency Representatives, nonprofit partners, and other stakeholders. I facilitated classes on topics for older adults and family caregivers online and in-person. I was also responsible for all administrative and support tasks, including data management, record-keeping, event planning, and class/trainings preparations.
