  My position with the Watershed Committee is three-fold; Educator, Volunteer Coordinator, and Facilities Manager. As an educator, I plan, organize, and lead field trips for students of any age and for professionals interested in green building and low-impact development. As a volunteer coordinator, I create internships and volunteer positions, manage applications and interviews, and work with volunteers to meet their needs as a volunteer and our needs as an organization. As a facilities manager, I work to care for our buildings, trails, and schedule retreats and rentals. The low-impact development around the site requires care and volunteer effort, and the LEED Gold certified Education Facility needs upkeep to maintain our green status. We also attract business retreats and rentals which I schedule and facilitate. Show less

My work includes management of on-the-ground projects in urban and rural prioritywatersheds and demonstration sites to conserve and restore water resources, as well as facilitation ofclose collaboration with public agencies and diverse partners to develop effective actions for achievingconservation goals while also meeting freshwater needs for all Missourians.
