  After spending 8 years in a port of entry, I transferred to the school bus program to ensure our children were being safely transported. After 2.5 years a position opened in the interior, allowing me to begin working the road again. I am now part of the District 3 team. We spend our days ensuring the trucks in our area are safe. I am now part of the collision inspection team for CMV crashes, the Hanford team for Level 6 inspections, and a newly certified instructor for the FMCSA NTC program. My job is to enforce Federal and state commercial vehicle laws in Washington state. I enjoy what I do, taking pride in doing my job well. I have been awarded CVEO of the year four times; 2014 for District 3, 2015 and 2017 & 2018 for the entire state. I was named School Bus Inspector of the Year for 2020.
