      As a key member of the MD office, I am responsible for providing support in the planning and execution of strategic decisions of the organization and influence business decisions by implementing operational strategies, developing blueprints, recommending process improvements and driving change initiatives as a champion of change. I am involved in looking after the entire gamut of coordination activities for organizing leadership team meetings, responsible for preparing various reports, dashboards, presentations. Responsible for preparing high level ad-hoc market/ business/ competition intelligence reports, Providing analytical/ presentational support, performed opportunity analysis, feasibility/profitability studies, risk analysis & mitigations measures, portfolio analysis, Sales force effectiveness. During this period, I successfully implemented strategic models for expansion of business opportunities and streamlined the operations by setting up the systems and processes in place, strengthening internal efficiencies and plugging in the operational loopholes with remedial measures. I was stellar in achieving superior operational benchmarks consistently by driving process improvements and assisted in the implementation of informed decisions which helped in improving business profitability and cost benefits too. I have outstanding contributions in streamlining the procurement activities and achieved cost advantages. Organized internal company key events like Managers summit, National Sales meet, etc. Supported the MD in implementation of strategic decisions. Have been pivotal in improving the sales performance by analyzing the business trends and providing nearly accurate forecasts on the sales trends and revenue projections by using Sales Forecasting & Monitoring tools.
