      Syncronika has two souls: it is a digital agency and owner of a SaaS Technical Assistance Software, Syncrogest, which in recent years has been growing at a rate of + 30% every year. The team is focused on web software development and Social Media Marketing. I joined the company in September 2020 to manage and coordinate Agency's team and opportunities, with the aim of growing it and implementing business. Since 2015 the whole team has been working remotely but in Milan we maintain our office.
