      As the Consulting Manager, I led a 20-person IT Delivery team on concurrent reverse logistics initiatives, and application and infrastructure development projects, and oversaw client relationship development, identifying new sales opportunities, presenting ideas to clients, and coaching and mentoring team members to ensure quality work production.Key Project: Program Manager, Best Buy Returns, Replacements, and Damages (Reverse Logistics)For this project, I directed a Program Delivery team, overseeing 15 project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers with a labor spend of $10M, to resolve a reverse logistics income loss issue.
