      Job Description :Core job comprises management of investment portfolios of HNI & retail clients, servicing them on Mutual Funds, Fixed Income instruments like Corporate Bonds / NCDs and Fixed Deposits, advising them on Insurance. Maintaining, advising and corresponding with clients on their investments, Keeping them updated on financial market and investment products that have a bearing on their portfolio, periodic & event based portfolio review at least once a month.Products Profile:  Non convertible debentures/ Bonds – Primary and Secondary. Mutual funds – Debt & Equity. Structured products – ELDs, Debt, Equity and Real estate. Insurance and Corporate Fixed deposit.  Equity – Cash, Futures and Options.Functional Responsibilities: Advising clients in investment decision making process, selecting product mix inline with objectives of investment, balancing risk against returns through proper asset allocation. Performing periodic & event based portfolio reviews and realigning the portfolio in order to achieve investment objectives. Ensuring the right co-ordination between front line & backend operational activities within the organization. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level and ensuring minimum TAT in answering queries & resolving issues. Preparing and reviewing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist in decision-making process. Active Sales Management and meeting of targets. Determining training needs of associates and conducting suitable training programs on technical and capital markets to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
