SHARES application is used for order placement, trading, clearing, settlement and accounting related to the cash equities business for various business units within UBS Australia, namely Investment banking, Wealth management. o Provide user and technical support during APAC (SYD/NZ regions) business hours for the global collateral management and margining system. This will involve:o Being the escalation point for feed/data load failures or system errors that occur during the business day.o Provision of user support for the system. This will involve answering user queries ranging from queries on margin results, questions on the configuration within the application or other system specific questions. These will usually be in the form of emails/phone calls and face-to-face meetings.o Provide a seamless support service by working closely with other regional support teams (shift and out of hours work may be involved)o Delivery of enhancement and maintenance work related to lights-on support to pre-agreed timescales and requirements for the system.
