Nov 2005 - Sept 2007General ManagerAs my first sales job ever I started out as an entry level sales rep in Belleville, IL soon after moving to Indianapolis, IN and working with an already existing office I trained for a few months before being promoted to GM over the White Plains, NY office, I managed a team of around 8 sales reps eventually growing the office to over 15 sales reps and consistently being one of the top revenue producing teams in the nation I did all of this before I was 20 years of age. Shortly after promoting one of my own sales reps to take over my NY office (Duplicating and disappearing) I opened the newly released area of Concord, NH, after working that city with 2 sales reps and myself we produced more sales and revenue than most of the other GM's and their associated cites with on avg 10-15 reps. After launching that city I made way to Midland Park, NJ. Combined with my NY office I had over 30 reps working the tri state area. In that office there were 5 other GM's and their teams, both my NY team and my newly recruited NJ team continued to maintain the position of #1 in sales, revenue, and recruiting. I handled most of the product knowledge training and sales Pitch training for my teams and all the other teams that worked out of that office(those GM's that ran the other teams would be able to vouch for that as most of them were in the training themselves).
