This includes the supervision of staff, training, and assisting with staff evaluations. Supervising of patrons in the wading pool/area, light maintenance monitoring water quality levels. Program planning/delivery of age-appropriate activities and events, administrative duties and responding to public inquiries.Working as a Wading Pool Supervisor helped me to build my conflict management, problem-solving and ability to multi-task in an outdoor environment.   In 2019, Ben and his team provided Dell EMC with a very detailed sales audit. They were able to provide them with innovative, and forward-thinking solutions to fill the gaps in their sales and marketing strategies. As a result, Dell EMC had a new and young outlook on their growth as a company and potential opportunities moving forward. In 2020, Ben worked with his team to provide City View Curling Club with a creative and tailored marketing plan. Their team performed primary and secondary research on the facility rental market to further understand the competitive landscape and the consumers. Ben and his team ended off the semester in the top 2 teams and got the incredible experience of presenting their finalized marketing plan live to their client. Show less
