      Een nieuw bedrijf met leuke lieve collega's waar hard word gewerkt op een professionele wijze.Mijn taken zijn divers. Ik ben voornamelijk kelner en werk af en toe achter de bar. Met deze baan heb ik verschillende "masterclasses" afgelegd over vis, vlees, pasta en zelf mijn passie gedeeld over wijnen. Ik ben hier bij jamie's dan ook graag bezig met de wijnen die wij hebben. Verder hoop ik dat deze baan mij een opstap geeft tot iets hogers.

      1 year ago we opened this restaurant and started creating typical french dishes and serving great wines. Februari 2019 we recieved an 8,4 from de AD newspaper and we won the competition "de gouden pollepel" (best new restaurant 2018-2019) last september. Wich is an great achievement. Created an diverse but still manly French wine-list and worked on my management skills.

      This divine chalet has a stunningly designed penthouse floor with breathtaking Mountain View’s and extensive amenities. The chalet boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a pressurization tank and luxurious wellness amenities, such as a private spa with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two saunas, and a steam room. The kitchen is under supervision of the talented chef Francis, who has worked for multiple 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants. Me as Butler was taking care of special needs such as arranging ski instructors, driving as a chauffeur, groceries, time management, spa/massage bookings, restaurant reservations, wine-adviser at the local restaurants (and within the chalet), serving exclusive wines within the chalet and taking care of special dinner requests.
