  1) Maintainance of Elevators for buildings residential and commercial 2) Finding the problem of breakdown of elevators through inspection ,on the site.Breakdown can be through problem in rope,over travel,censor and door problem,rail guide problems,roller problems3) Handling complete maintainance of elevators including Machine Room work,Elevator Shaft,Elevator Car Work and Elevator Pit,Elevator guide shoe liners (pully sytems)4) Handling qoutations for AMC (Annual Maintainance contract ) and finalising the contracts5) Handling the cross section of elevatot shaft.Have installed elevators in building where proper place for elevator was not kept.Have also worked on chipping of walls for easy and safe movement of elevators.6) Keep a record of all the sites where work has happened and send regular service quality related reports to the management and clients7) Also undertake the sales work by meeting the clients and convincing the clients.8) Built a healthy relationship with all the clients by proper servicing and regularly talking to the clients about the elevators.9)Maintain a database of the clients to update all the work done till now with photographs (of the work),keeping in good touch with the clients gives further references and helps in getting sales leads.
