I respectfully and empathetically challenge executives to find their opportunities for growth, become better leaders, and achieve their business and career goals. • Program Design: I’ve been lead designer of in-person, virtual and blended programs. Guaranteeing content and participant experience consistency has been key to our success. One of my latest accomplishments has been to produce virtual content: I turned an in-person HR Academy into a fully virtual version in less than 2 months and piloted an e-learning version of three modules of this program.
