Whether supporting Combat Units, Logistics Units, an Aviation Attack Helicopter Units, establishing Communications Security Equipment standards and Policy support within a Joint Task Force, or aligning critical infrastructure assets in South Korea. Network Management team was directly responsible for providing constant network connectivity between the Secretary of State and State Department Executives, even providing, Networking Communications On-The-Move, while Senior State Department Executives toured areas of Northern Baghdad. Show less -Led deployment operations for 110 soldiers: Directly responsible for providing training, support, records management, operations management, and deployment preparation for 110 Soldiers. Once assuming responsibility for an operations office that was failing it was determined that all previous personnel records had not been properly maintained and all 110 individual training files were missing. Within 90 days off assuming this position, Senior Executives established Deployment Preparation as their number one priority. -Ensured Pentagon network and technology goals were met: It took less than one year to prepare and meet all training expectations, operational readiness, and overall readiness for all Senior Executives at not only the local level but also at the Pentagon. However, when completed, the Network Enterprise Technology Commander sent an inspection team to determine the overall readiness and training level completed. When finished it was determined that all Pentagon level established goals had not just been met but were surpassed by at least 50% on average. -Managed daily operations and logistics while deployed in Iraq: When deployed, the tasks of day to day operations took on an entire life of its own. In anticipation of the longest and most signal-centric deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom, at its time. An additional 100 people were added into the unit one month prior to departure. Upon arrival in Iraq, this would lead to the Daily Operations team with not just monitoring and reporting daily status briefs but also providing logistics support, signal operations support, maintenance support, and all-encompassing needs of 210 Soldiers spanning from Mosul, in the north, to Basrah, in the South.   Principal Advisor to the Director and the CVP-level Leadership: Inherently responsible for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, I oversaw enlisted, officer, and warrant officer acquisitions. My efforts led to a remarkable 157% increase in accessions and the establishment of the Warrant Officer Direct Accession program.Pioneered the Recruiting Process for the Cyber Direct Commissioning Program: Co-Chaired the creation of high-level pathways for service within the Army Cyber Branch while extending our influence on C-suite executives in the corporate world.
