Ensure compliance with FCC regulations.Station accomplishments during my time as GM: Awarded a national Edward R Murrow award for Innovation in Journalism, Received the Edward R Murrow regional award for overall news excellencefor years in a row, Greater Public Benchmarks Station of the Year for membership fundraising growth and efficiency, Built a comprehensive education initiative (Hive) that trains students in the craft of journalism and radio production. The WFDD education program delivers middle school, high school, college, and adult classes both in-person and online. Established and grew a 4+ million-dollar reserve fund and doubled station staff size in 10 years. WFDD currently has experienced continual growthin audience and financial support and is on track to finish ahead of budget for the 12th consecutive year. Show less
