  I have done extensive work with athletes in a number of different venues including hockey, figure skating, gymnastics, track and field, with equestrians, tennis, football and golf. .. all with the use of methods that have been proven to increase focus and staying in their zone in order to develop a winning attitude while dealing with the stress of competition. While consulting with selected members of the Buffalo Sabres NHL hockey team, teaching them the value of deep relaxation in order to maintain focus, the goalie was heard to express "That's good stuff man." Some of the other hockey players were seen individually because, by their own admission, they had personal issues that were interfering with their otherwise effective professional performance.My interest in sports came from my childhood and young adulthood when I played AA Baseball, organized Basketball and pick-up Hockey and Football. I went on to coaching in all of these sporting venues as well as managing hockey teams, one of which won the National Championship in hockey at the 14 year age level.My love for sports resulted in my writing two books (THE MENTAL SIDE OF GOLF and THE LEGEND OF LITTLE LEAGUE). I've also written a number of articles about competition in sports o f all kinds and how to deal with the stress entailed in competing. In Florida, I also worked with the OPTI organization located in Sarasota, training up-and-coming football players who were attempting to qualify for the NFL Draft.   My expertise as an author allows me to collaborate with individuals who wish to write their own books otherwise known as a "GHOST WRITER." Once the book is completed and published, the Client receives full credit while I remain anonymous. We help organize, research, write and edit the publication as well as help publish and market it through the auspices of my Associates. Fees are reasonable and dependent on the nature of the requested product.My publications include THE MENTAL SIDE OF GOLF and HOW IN THE HELL DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME? I've written three UNPUBLISHED books but are available as e-books.   As a Personal and Business Consultant, my role is to help clients learn about themselves in areas of strength and expertise that they had heretofore been unaware. After developing a "picture" of the Client, questions that help lead him or her to new and/or greater awareness thus enabling them to function in a more positive and effective manner.Personal consultation enables people to gain insight into the various roles that they play that they have defined as being problematic. This insight commonly results in a resolution of some of the questions or issues that plague them and causes them personal unhappiness. Interviews can be conducted face-to-face or telephonically with the use of SKYPE.Business consultation enables clients, whether individually or as part of a group, to examine their role in the business format in order to gain a greater sense of productivity and profitability. In-service contacts can be established either on-site or through the use of webinars reaching as many of the workstaff that is deemed essential to teaching and resolving issues that tend to make large and small businesses and corporations stagnant.
