      Anheuser-Busch InBev remains the largest global beer producer by revenue post the $108bn acquisition of SABMiller plc and becomes the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company globally. ABInBev is expected to produce every 3rd beer and 46% of the beer profits globally. Beyond my core Capability & Procurement Excellence responsibilities (see prev. role), I supported the Africa Integration team of SABMiller Procurement. Key objective was to implement a Global Procurement Model across All 16 African Operations to leverage skill and scale to ensure P&L benefits realisation and value enablement for the African continent. The project involves Implementing a New Operating Model , upgrading and rolling out an ERP system , and up skilling all new incumbents in the Procurement Ways of Working to deliver value. Show less
