      SPD Ltd was a reseller and distributor of computer peripherals specialising in ASUSTek products. I worked with the company for several years during holiday periods whilst at university, taking on a permanent position after completing my degree. My role as a Marketing Assistant involved targeting potential customers with direct mailings and telephone introductions, researching into potential areas of new business, taking sales orders and carrying out other administrative duties as required.

      Leadership of the Lean Portfolio Group within the department of IT Portfolio & Product Delivery in UCL’s Information Services Division (ISD).The purpose of the team was to facilitate the effective delivery of UCL’s Change & Digital Portfolio through the central management and co-ordination of processes that align strategy with delivery.The group managed ISD’s governance processes including; funding, resourcing, scheduling and reporting across the portfolio. In addition, I provided dedicated administrative support to two senior managers within the department. The role evolved to become heavily focused on supporting EU procurement activities; liaising with suppliers, drafting tender documents, co-ordinating input from specialists, managing the end to end procurement process and co-ordination of resultant project activities.
