Responsibility and duties which are handled during this period handling Educomp Smart Classes are listed below : - Responsible for attending complaints regarding Desktop, Workstation, & Server.- Responsible for manual checking of the problem and determining whether it is a software related problem or hardware.-If it’s a hardware related issue make necessary arrangements to replace or repair the part.-If it’s a software related issue, fix it manually or contacting educomp services.-Generate detailed report of the work done and sending them to the school authority and Educomp.- Installing Workstations, Servers, Network Services and Peripherals.- Maintenance & updating of Asset.- Preparing and Sending weekly, monthly, quarterly reports- Taking and sending feedbacks from other teachers regarding smart classes.- Doing proper follow-up with Educomp services till the problem has been resolved.- Taking care of the overall service, maintenance and regular checkup of the smart classes.-Setting up new machines in the laboratories, installing windows, office and other softwares.- Experience of handling Nodes setup, Configure and Maintain with LAN.- Installing Windows and Driver or Configure needed Software.- Manage User, computers, Group accounts in a Windows Server 2003.- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WPN, DATA-CARD, related problem.
