Show less ■ Directed a $104M capital investment and redevelopment project from design and development through launch and opening while maintaining all current infrastructure still in operation.■ Incredible collaboration, political navigation, and deep empathy led to a 100% customer satisfaction rating with an unheard-of new development project that became a model across the country.■ Orchestrated a multi-site benchmarking tour in preparation for an 8-year building project that led to award winning outcomes.■ Built a culture of continuous improvement which contributed to customer satisfaction and allowed for rapid growth and retention; increased service offerings 5X and 2X number of customers served.■ Incredibly, delivered an on-time opening of 14 new buildings in a capital project serving 1K inhabitants with only 12 months to prepare.
