  While working a ski season in St. Anton, Austria in large hotel and restaurant which caters for up to 400 people a day. Aspects of my role included working within a small team of kitchen porters. Together we handle stock deliveries, liaise with chefs, conduct food preparation, clean the kitchen, and wash everything that is used to cook food as well as all plates, cutlery etc. My team also served as late night receptionists, which often requires us to resolve any issue that guests may have at night.
