- Admins and Managers can manage their own tags.
- Admins can filter and view all tags created by users.
- Managers can view and use tags created by other managers within their groups.

Search or Create New Tag
- Open your dashboard.
- Select a list to view its contacts.
- Click on 'Tag.'
- Type the tag name to search or create a new one.
- Click 'Create' if adding a new tag, then apply it.
- Check the box for the tag you want and click 'Apply.'
