The Contact Report feature allows users to view and analyze contact details directly from the 'Lists' tab in the left panel. Reports provide insights into contact data, tags, and activity, enabling better decision-making and tracking.
Accessing Contact Reports
Open your dashboard.
Click on the 'List' tab in the left panel.
Select the desired list to view its contacts.
Generating a Contact Report
Go to the 'List' tab.
Select the required list to reveal its contacts.
Use filters such as tags, lists, or members as needed.
Select contacts and export the data.

Using Filters in Contact Reports

Contact Access Permissions
Admins can export all contacts.
Managers can view or export contacts within their respective groups.
Agents can only view contacts they have added or purchased but can’t export.
