Contact Report

The Contact Report feature allows users to view and analyze contact details directly from the 'Lists' tab in the left panel. Reports provide insights into contact data, tags, and activity, enabling better decision-making and tracking.

• Open your dashboard.
• Click on the 'List' tab in the left panel.
• Select the desired list to view its contacts.

• Go to the 'List' tab.
• Select the required list to reveal its contacts.
• Use filters such as tags, lists, or members as needed.
• Select contacts and export the data.

• Filter Options: Narrow down contacts based on tags, managers, or timeframes.
• Export Reports: Download reports for offline use or sharing.
• Data Insights: Analyze trends and data points to optimize workflows.

• Open the 'List' tab and select a list.
• Use 'Filter by tag' to refine your contacts.
• Select the relevant tags and click 'Apply' to view results.

• Export contact lists directly from the 'List' tab.
• Share reports with team members via email or downloadable formats.

• Admins can export all contacts.
• Managers can view or export contacts within their respective groups.
• Agents can only view contacts they have added or purchased but can’t export.
