  Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. is a technology consulting organization specializing in outsourced product engineering services with a global presence across eight countries and over 6000+ employees. - In my 6+ years span at Cybage, I was able to pro-actively take responsibility and deliver which resulted in growing from a Visual Designer to the role of a Sr. Visual Design Analyst in a short while. My role and responsibilities involved:- Collaborating with Stakeholders and directing a Cross-functional team effort with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Content and Design; assuring consistency in communication and positioning to create meaningful design experiences from insights that result in conversions.- Was part of the team that handled all the key projects which involved high level approvals, tight deadlines and escalations.- Skills of understanding project brief, requirement gathering, client interaction, analyzing, execution and implementation of visual design concepts from initiation till execution.- Worked closely with Design teams, leading, overseeing and mentoring; from envisioning to delivery of multiple projects with a goal to provide high-quality designs for users/clients.- Design and conceptual work included corporate branding, stationary kits, brochure/booklets, flyers, emailers, print/outdoor campaigns, exhibition/event campaign, social media campaign, newsletters and iconography.
