This involves collecting data of all farmers that sell to The Joseph Initiative, assessing the acres previously planted and acres planted since they started working with The Joseph Initiative Ltd, assesses the difference in units harvest due to use of improved agro inputs and how their lifestyle has changed.· Maintain records of input purchases and sales with farmer names and provide monthly reconciliation reports. He/she should ensure that all funds obtained from these sales are submitted to finance.· Collect data during farmer trainings and maintain attendance sheets and photographic evidence.· Enter and analyze collected data in a timely and accurate manner.
