  My main role at Pruprotect was to self generate and maintain 50 accounts. I did this with relative ease and finished at Pru looking after one of the largest key accounts.

  Actively manage a team of Business Development Advisors, ensuring that we have full coverage of the country and trying to maximise business opportunities where possible. I also develop areas where geographically we have not seen as much business as we would like, with a view to creating not only a more successful region but also a new position within the team. My aim is to try and facilitate growth where possible.I work closely with both the directors and senior management of numerous large businesses and National Networks. I try and make sure that our products and service remain competitive and fit for purpose by wherever possible.With research and my knowledge of the market I also look for new opportunities with companies and networks alike and will try to bring those that fit our model on board in line with the corporate plan.I manage several of the Key accounts myself, as well as managing the team. I find this gives me invaluable insight into how the market is at any one time. Not only do I enjoy meeting up with the advisors I also appreciate their input, as this helps me feed back to our office and hopefully remain as competitive as possible. Show less
