For that, I developed a system comprised of 3 modules:1) Hardware to obtain pressure, air flow, temperature and humidity from the LV (transducers), signal conditioning circuitry and a microcontroller to digitally acquire those signals and communicate via Bluetooth with a computer (receive commands/stream the acquired data);2) Computer software (C++) to calculate parameters as per IEC 60601-2-12, display curves and results, and generate a report of the test.3) SQL database to store tests and allow historical follow up of the LVs fleet, and help build preventive maintenance programs and aid new purchases.In comparison with the solution available in the market, the system is less expensive and provides a more comprehensive experience, in the sense of allowing the user to automaticaly organize data and compare results.
