      Was In Charge of the Total Branch Operations of BEHALA branch from October 2007 till April 2009 and of Harish Mukherjee Road (Regional Office) from May 2009 to March 2010. The job consisted of Scrutinization and Underwriting of Proposal Forms, Reconciliation of cash & cheques daily followed by the Banking of the same the next day. Updating different Trackers and issuing Advisor Commission Cheques.Was In Charge of the Renewal Premium Collections in our branch and maintaining the Total MIS & Business Figure of the Branch. Handled the FINANCE of the Branch. BRS, Petty Cash Register, Petty Cash Vouchers & Petty Cash Statements were being maintained. Customer Relationship was also maintained through the CRM Process which includes Customer/Advisor Complaints & Customer/Advisor Requests.Handled the total Distribution Operations process which consisted of Advisor Licensing as per IRDA guidelines. Advisor Application Forms were received & processed for scheduling them in III Examination. After the Candidates successfully Passed the Exam, the process of Advisor Coding & Licensing were followed.
