  I've worked in 4 positions at Attijariwafa bank. First as a Project Manager, then I had the opportunity to manage the organization department for 4 year. At this position I've helped the business units shape their needs and translate it in functional specifications to be developed by the technical team. I also managed many organizational projects to optimize the ways of working using the lean management techniques. It was so rewarding to see the process improvement and the lead time optimization after each initiative.As a head of the "support" department, I had the opportunity to broaden my scope of intervention to budget analysis, risk management, controlling and human resources.
