      Water Resources Engineer

      Responsible for development project budgets, contracts, schedule, client relationships. Develop hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGems and WaterCAD software to evaluate existing infrastructure utilities for different cities and communities across Indiana. For the City of Aurora, I have developed a sanitary sewer model to evaluate the capacity of an existing 6-inch forcemain and three pump stations. I have been in charge of the hydraulic calculation to replace pumping equipment and improve the conditions of the existing wetwells. I have performed engineering studies including preliminary engineering reports and utility master plans for Hogan Township, IN. I developed a hydraulic model that helped identify deficiencies and proposed needed improvements throughout the water system, including the design of a new 150,000 gallons elevated water tank for emergency storage and improve water pressures. For FCRWD, I have led the design and execution of different infrastructure upgrades. This included performing hydraulic calculations for the replacement of existing primary clarifier equipment, progressing through preliminary design, bidding, and construction administration. Additionally, I designed the installation of approximately 7,500 linear feet of 8-inch forcemain and a new lift station to support future development in Pendleton. Other duties include elaboration of erosion and sediment control plans and storm water quality permits, gravity sewer design, grinder pump stations design, water system designs, development of technical specifications, and assisting in securing funding for capital water/wastewater improvement projects.
