Ensure that data related requests are managed professionally, to expectations. Ensure the global business services MDM team provides a high-level of service in the EUCAN region. To fulfil these requirements the service was moved to a ticketing system (ServiceNow)Implement governance set by the data quality organisation, processes, policies, procedures for all critical data elements across the EUCAN region to deliver the necessary data quality to support business decisions makingAdopt the strategic global business service portal as the tool for managing all master data requirements from key stakeholders within the business.Manage and develop the data stewards’ network in the EUCAN region to ensure alignment, data consistency and application of the global policies, standards, data quality controls and processes and enable the business to self-serve in market.
