      RESPONSIBILTIES: • Administratively and technically oversee daily activities of financial control units in all 22-field offices (around 80 employees are under my supervision).• Design control procedures with regards to field offices' activities.• Play a significant role in the acceptance of any technological implementation.• Revise and give the opinion with regards to existing workflows, and ensure their validity, integrity and sufficiency.• Propose adequate solutions to obstacles that might affect financial controllers' performance.• Reply to the queries and comments of the financial control units.• Propose specialized training programs for the workforce.• Periodic performance reporting to higher management (quarterly).ACHIEVMENTS: • GOSI’s 2011 business plan included a project of establishing the internal audit department in association with one of the big four consulting firms. I was one of the team members working on the project. The internal Audit department is now operating fully.• GOSI achieved The International Social Security Association’s (ISSA) “Good Practice” Award in Achieving Effectiveness and Efficiency for its financial controllers through Remote-Approval procedure.
