      Was part and parcel of Musicperk's inception, infancy, growth and maturity stages, being part of its founding team. MusicPerk was a website that started off as a high quality alternative to the music news and reviews. There was really a vacuum, as far as good quality music reviews and ratings go, in that time. That is where Musicperk fit into the scheme of things. One more of Musicperk's core USP is Songperk, where budding and upcoming musicians are given a platform to showcase their talent to the world. This way Musicperk acted as talent enablers, that not only reported and reviewed pieces related to Music, but also a vital catalyst to a greater Musical Movement that was taking shape. I played several roles within Musicperk, primary of them being Author and Lead Editor. Some of my articles went on to receive a lot of traction on web and became quite well read among the musical circles. As a Lead Editor I managed several interns and ensured high quality output. During my tenure as Lead Editor, MusicPerk scaled Technorati Top #100 Global music blogs and also featured in 'The Hindu NxG' as one of the exciting new student startups.
